BS Food Science and Technology Students at HU FEST Surprised Everyone with Innovative Food Products

It felt good when Dr Amer Nazir, Assistant Professor FST, invited me to Food Processing Lab to witness  and taste the food products developed by BS FST students. A number of groups, each with innovative product. The taste was good. I like all, however, few are mention here. Potato donuts, almond cookie, ice cream (two groups), garlic sauce, and many more. Few items were sent to VC office as well. Dean FEST, Dean FMHS, Dean FSSH, and Director QEC were delighted. I am sure, BE BME students of 4th and 8th semester were also amazed during their visit of the event.
