Meeting Minutes 

After recitation of Holy Quran, the chair welcome participants and agenda items were discussed one by one as listed in the earlier message. In responsibility agenda item, the discussion was held on learning and teaching, management and administration, research and development, and work life balance. In the academic calendar and deadlines agenda items, important dates for fall 2022 and spring 2023 semesters were reviewed. These include semester start, final exam, and declaration of result. In the research and development road map agenda item: For fall 2022 semester, discussion was held to seek one book per program per semester should be available as per IGI publisher guidelines, the suggested book editors Dean FEST and Chair BME in order to ensure the progress and quality of contents, authors and co-authors required to work for 1-2 chapters per faculty assignment, further journal paper publication expectations are 1-2 per faculty. The journals should be recognized by HEC and listed in the HJRS database. The R&D project: min 1 HURC funded project as PI for faculty, and mandatory FDP participation for a minimum of 1 session per faculty. In the miscellaneous agenda item, the concept Hamdard No. 1 and famous quote form Pakistan founder work, work, work, ... were highlighted and emphasized. All participants were actively participated in the meeting and agreed to the agenda points and related discussions held during the meeting with a few differences of opinion that were resolved by the meeting chair in the process of moderation. The meeting was concluded with the vote of thanks by the chair.
