I have made a habit to listen recitation of Surah Al-Waqia on Quran Explorer. My favourite reciter is Sheikh Mishari bin Rashid and his voice always with me whenever I recite Surah Al-Waqia. I remember, his voice was introduced to me by Engr. Farooq Ahmed while I worked in AKU. After listening for a long time once a week, especially after Friday prayer; verse number 78 attracted me a lot.
English translation: (76) It is surely the Noble Qur’an, (77) (Recorded already) in a protected book (the Preserved Tablet) (78) That is not touched except by the purified ones (the angels).
I started a quest to find an answer how to be pure? Finally, I get the answer which has two parts. (1) Wadu, and (2) Durood o Salam. This is a very simple and important answer which revealed to me after searching and consulting a number of persons around me. The significance of getting purity is geographically important to me as I live in Pakistan which means land of pure.
Wudu refers to Islamic way of preparing for prayer and Durood o Salam refers to praise of beloved messenger Muhammad (pbuh). The best I found till now is to remain in Wudu in most of time, and to send Durood o Salam (Durood e Ibrahimi) at least 10 times in morning and at least 10 times in evening.
